NEIBAC - Frequently Asked Questions

IS NEIBAC NATURAL OR IS IT A CHEMICALLY ALTERED FORM OF CITRUS EXTRACTS?
NEIBAC is ‘synthesized’ from citrus fruit. The polyphenolic compounds of citrus (bioflavoniods) are processed through our proprietary manufacturing process to produce an antimicrobial compound.

HOW EFFECTIVE IS NEIBAC?
We can provide you with an MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration test). This shows the effectiveness of our product against all the different bacteria, etc. NEIBAC has been used safely and has helped hundreds of thousands of people around the world since 1970.

NEIBAC formulation is strong enough to inhibit against a wide spectrum of bacteria without causing any discomfort to the user. There have been no reported incidents of toxicity, only inappropriate use of our product… usually someone not using the product as specified and applying drops directly into the ears and eyes, the result being inflammation and pain. The fine mist allows you to spray onto your affected skin or into your throat or gums if you experienced throat or gum diseases. For children, it is recommended that you dilute with a small glass of water and gargle with it. Being a natural product, there is no need to spit out after gargling unlike some other chemical gargle solution which cannot be consumed.

WHY IS NEIBAC DISPENSED VIA A SPRAY MIST?
NEIBAC can be dispensed through a liquid dropper as drops to be diluted before consumption. The varied applications of NEIBAC make the spray mist a more practical dispenser than a liquid dropper. You can spray (3 pumps) into a glass of drinking water for consumption or you can spray directly onto a skin infection eg fungal infection or acne. The fine mist will allow a thin layer to cover the infected area and create an antimicrobial activity on that spot. For sensitive skin, please wet area before spraying.

HOW DO I MIX NEIBAC INTO A DRINK?
For consumption as a drink, please mix NEIBAC in a glass of water – roughly 2-3 pumps/sprays to one glass of water or 5 pumps/sprays to one 500ml bottle (1 pump/spray per 100ml of water or juice). One 30ml size of NEIBAC can produce over 200 pumps/sprays. The small size bottle makes it a very practical health aid to carry around, especially when you are away from home. Besides spraying into your drinks, you can also spray onto food/fruits before consumption.

WILL IT AFFECT ANTIBIOTICS?
NEIBAC™ does not interfere with antibiotics, therefore, it can be taken with medication. You can consume as much NEIBAC-treated water as possible. Because of its anti-microbial antiseptic, antifungal and antioxidant properties, it works “like antibiotics” but in a healthier and natural way.

CAN I USE NEIBAC AS A MOUTHWASH?
The inhibitory properties of NEIBAC make it a very effective mouth deodorizer. After consuming food, like fish, squid etc, NEIBAC can freshen up your mouth. You can spray into your mouth as often as necessary.

HOW IS NEIBAC USEFUL FOR DIABETICS?
People who suffer from diabetes have always a fear for cuts, insect bites or open wounds as some may turn into gangrene. Always carry NEIBAC with you. Its small size is very pocketable. Spray on any insect bites (mosquito bites etc), cuts or abrasion immediately when it happens. NEIBAC has very strong inhibitory properties against bacteria growth.

CAN TEMPERATURE CHANGES THE STRUCTURE OF NEIBAC?
NEIBAC can be added to boiled or cold water without affecting its efficacy.

DOES NEIBAC CONTAINS ANY PRESERVATIVE OR COLOURING?
NEIBAC is formulated using Agrusem™ natural citrus extracts. No colouring, no preservative, no sugar has been added to produce NEIBAC. NEIBAC by itself is a natural preservative.

CAN I USE NEIBAC FOR OTHER PURPOSES?
NEIBAC is for external and internal use. You can use NEIBAC wherever there is a reason to disinfect an area or to inhibit bacteria growth. When there is a need to cleanse your hands (especially touching door knobs in hospitals etc), spraying your hands and rubbing them will kill or inhibit bacteria growth because NEIBAC can create a residual anti-microbial effect. You can even use it as an underarm deodorant spray.

One other useful application for NEIBAC is to preserve your food so that the freshness is retained when you cook it. Its anti-microbial activity enhances the taste of food. Before keeping fish or meat in the freezer, you can pre-spray them after washing with your normal water (but better with NEIBAC treated water). This will kill and inhibit certain type of bacteria making your food taste fresh when you cook it later.
For people who use their vocal chords a lot, like singers, and speakers, spraying NEIBAC into the throat area and drinking NEIBAC-treated water not only moisten the area but also prevent microbial activity.
NEIBAC can be used to spray into your car air con duct regularly to prevent mould formation.
Spray into your shoes and leave to dry. This helps to keep the shoes clean and smell fresh.
